Not at all. If you can jog a short loop and ride a stationary bike, you can take part. The effort is shared across your team of six, so everyone contributes at their own pace.
Six people per team. You can mix colleagues, clients and friends of all fitness levels
Sixty minutes per wave. One runner and one rider from each team are always in play, swapping in and out relay-style across the hour.
A short, flat run loop along the Marina Wall and cycling on Wattbikes - there's no open-road cycling involved.
A celebratory reception with drinks and food, plus the chance to enjoy the wider Supertri Jersey race weekend.
Comfortable activewear and trainers. We'll share full joining details and timings once your team is registered.
